I'm not sure if this is part of hill rise open space association or city property, but there's a tree that fell over and is completely one hundred percent blocking the walking path between the back of hill rise neighborhood, Behind and below meadow vista way, And the path that connects to the Reyes Adobe Chateau Spring neighborhood
