Description

The posted speed limit is greater than reasonable and proper for residential safety, plus The lack of street signs indicating private streets are prima facie reasons for posting “not a thru way “ street signs at the entrance to Medford Avenue from Pleasant street and posting signs at all subsequent private roadways off Medford Avenue to ensure public safety. Or contact MassDot highway division 4 and request traffic safety assessment.
