Thanks so much for reaching out with this. Now that we've determined the water is likely irrigation runoff or rainfall that never fully evaporates, we can focus on the cause of the pooling. Our Pavement Maintenance Team will evaluate the sidewalk, curb, and road surface and determine the best fix for those assets.
