Description

The light at 12 & Groesbeck doesn't stay green long enough during rush hour traffic(3-6pm). Only 3-4 cars get through before it changes and the eastbound cars back up over the railroad tracks. Meanwhile, cars making a left turn onto northbound Groesbeck speed by in the near-empty turn lane making it unsafe for anyone making a left onto 12 from 7-11, the bank, or MichWorks. I sat through 5 light changes before making it across.
