Description
Access to storm water drainage pipe alongside Dug Hill Rd at Robinson Dr has been damaged and is in an OPEN state. Appears the top which held the Man Hole iron plate cover was sheared off its foundation.
Very dangerous fall hazard for some unsuspecting cyclist or pedestrian walking at night.
