Outer Hammond St., in front of Affordable Furniture Showcase, needs drainage fixed. Water runs over Rt. 2 and then freezes. Eastbound traffic has to travel over ice-covered road; it would be very easy to lose control and spin into traffic coming down the hill. This is a head-on collision waiting to happen!
