Most common reasons for not confirming a violation: The address you selected to have inspected for potential violation was invalid. Your concern has been rerouted to another department/agency. The inspector cannot see or confirm violations from the right-of-way: street, alley or in fenced yards because they have limited access to enter private property. The violation does not meet the threshold for enforcement per Tacoma Municipal Code by Neighborhood and Community Services, Code Compliance. Your concern is not a public health or safety code violation per Tacoma Municipal Code.
