Abandoned white cargo van (GMC 2500) was dumped here by a tow truck in the middle of the night on Tuesday July 25th (has been here 4 days now). It has expired plates (CA 81996A3) and is in disrepair - someone came and tried to start it, unsuccessfully. Please have it removed.

Can we please get a response as to why this was never addressed by the city?
I'm closing this report since someone (not from our neighborhood) just had it towed away, after 2 weeks of taking up 2 parking spaces, working on it late at night, and leaving trash along the sidewalk.
