This water body is unique in that part of it lies within a parcel owned and maintained by the City of St. Petersburg, while the eastern extent falls within the parcel owned by the Diocese of St. Peterburg. I'm forwarding this request to our Stormwater Environmental Services Team to determine the appropriate course of action.
