Junk car-weeds growing out of it
Dog poop smells (more so in the hotter weather), dilapidated awning, pilled up junk-neighbor at 908 has asked the tenants to clean up but they don't. I am the landowner for 908. I have asked the man to clean up the space between the falling down awning and my fence since my tenant has young children and the little girl especially likes to poke through the fence. The mom had to put up green cloth to protect her daughter. This has been going on for months!
