Description

There is a high-pitched alarm of some sort that goes off day and night. It sounds like a series of bells or bird sounds (maybe some sort of bird repellent?) and is located amongst a group of high-rise and low-rise multi-family condos. It undoubtably is keeping people up at night, waking them up early in the morning and is just a complete nuisance in a neighborhood that is otherwise quiet and peaceful. It's driving me up a wall!!! Please help.
