Made same report 3 weeks ago and someone from the city called Casella, for which we were thankful: Casella still loudly picking up trash in the Birchcliff neighborhood this morning before 6AM and waking people up. All the other trash companies make their pickup during daytime hours. Is Casella violating some noise ordinance?
