I knew this would happen no one came to clear the street drain in front of the lot next door or the one across the street so now the waters in my basement agin I can't understand why it's so hard for dwsd to clear the trash out and put a grate over the street drain now I have to borrow money to have my basement cleaned up once agin but when you all want your money no Question if don't get you'll shut my water so how can I keep borrowing money to clean after back ups from heavy rains and pay you ur money it's just so unfair what the residents go through in areas in the city that's considered low income population smh God don't like ulgy
