Omg u know where this is… unbelievable that the government can close based on a wrong address. It’s clearly the path station in journal square on jfk don’t be lazy clean our streets

I used the address the app pulled up; stop being so bloody lazy!
At least the rubbish seems to have been cleaned up.

Hopefully it was cleaned up and not rained out which is what I suspect happened. Now it’s in our waters thank you Jersey city government.

It looked cleaned rather than merely washed away, but who knows? CDS is responsible for that area, and they usually do their job.
