Description
At the intersection of 226TH PL NE and NE 18TH PL, there is no stop sign and the amount of the trees doesn't provide enough visibility for the drivers on all the directions. We have moved to this neighborhood few weeks ago and I noticed that many drivers have difficulty at this intersection.
My suggestion is to install some appropriate traffic signs.

Thank you again for your request for stop control and we apologize for the delay in update.
The city is currently evaluating many locations in the city where there is no stop control. This is present in many older neighborhood local road intersections, before new developments were built, as well as locations with yield signs. This strategy will take into account several factors including:
-Traffic volumes
-Pedestrian volumes
-Crash/accident history
-Sight distance visibility
-Others as needed.
We hope to develop a priority list of locations to implement stop control, and we will be sure to take your feedback at this location into consideration. The city will communicate any updates if new stop control is decided to be added to alert drivers.
