1st response says update approximately 8-31. 2nd says 9-29. This is ridiculous. City votes to raise taxes for improvements and still nothing happens. We pay extra taxes to the city yet gas tax is there for road repair purposes. WHERE IS OUR MONEY GOING???? Karen Hiller do your damn job for our district already.
