This ticket request has remained acknowledged and no effort was made to have resolution on this ticket. I posted this a long time ago only to get an apology as noted above. The original ref# was 13021245 and I personally spoke to management back in 2020 regarding the potholes causing dangerous conditions for the local residents. I would like communication from SPTO admin 1 who was assigned pavement 2 on this matter.

This ticket has remained acknowledged and no effort has been done to help resolve the alleyway potholes. It is amazing how many times the city has been notified only for nothing to be done. We are honest tax paying citizens who put in this request several years now and still nothing is done. Why has there been no resolution???
