Vehicles driving by consistently makes excessive noise that is much louder than a typical car. The noise occurs throughout the day but especially in the evenings and late night. I have also noticed cars speeding very very fast on Kerner Blvd just past Bellam Blvd in the late evening and mid night times. This is a huge safety concern!
