I keep sending you messages saying the light was fixed and you keep ignoring me and sending more questionnaires. I gave up answering your some time ago, but now I see the it is 2431 days and still you refuse to pay attention to my emails. I hope at least someone will read this comment and end the foolishness. The light was fixed years ago and the work order can be closed. you were very good and efficient about responding to the problem, but you seem utterly incapable of tracking and closing work orders.
