Edina Family Physicians has Republic garbage pickup for their business dumpsters several times a week. They typically come at 5:45 am either every other day or every day. It's exhausting. We live right across from the dumpster, and the garbage truck is huge, noisy, has reversing beeping warning, and picks up the large dumpster with the truck and slams it into their truck. Isn't there a code that prohibits garbage trucks from coming that early? I've already complained to the Dr. office, this year, and years in the past. Tired of it. We're a residential neighborhood, and 5 houses directly border the business. Please help.
