Dumping under bridge us constant and disgusting. All types of dubris that has been reported over and over again. And no one ever knows where it is coming from. Tioga United used to clean under the bridge and all the vacant lots until the funding ran dry. So many of our lots especially this site is really overfilled with trash. Please help.
