Description

signal timing is out of whack, AGAIN. Don't know why it is so hard to figure out at 5/6:00 p.m. in the evening westbound traffic needs more time green than eastbound. when you have westbound cars backed clear up to 3300 West and all the other directions are a few cars deep. there is a problem
