This dog is left out to bark all night from 10 PM to 6 AM. The barking is intermittent but VERY LOUD. Last August 2014 Animal Control spoke to the individual. Then again in September 2014 It is now March 7, 2015 and the matter has been sent to court. The dog continues to bark every night. This is seriously affecting my health. I would like to work with others who have this problem.
