Inspected off road mosquito ditch. A w/o will be created for an h406 bush and clean.

The ditch in front of my house at 4744 Thoroughgood Drive doesn't drain when it rains. The problem started when Verizon laid the fiber optics lines. They didn't seem to grade appropriately, so the water doesn't run in the direction it needs to drain. And they let trash wash into the culvert. I have reported this before. But it has never been fixed.

This mosquito ditch is on schedule to be cleaned the end of December 2015 by the mosquito control maintenance crews, weather permitting.

The mosquito ditch needs to be clear cut, on both sides, not just cleaned. Is clear cutting part of the work scope?

Is the plan to completely clear cut the ditch on both sides?

The work order is to bush and clean all debris and blockages.
