Every day of every week in the same corner, 418 21st Avenue, always drunk, drinking liquor and many of them taking drugs, this is a complaint that we neighbors have been presenting for a long time. The police arrive and do what they can to persuade them to leave, and sometimes they make it back the next day and the same thing every day. They buy the liquor at Ferraros Liquor and cross the sidewalk to drink at the same place, 418 21st Avenue, we have two liquor stores within 100 yards of each other, something impossible to accept, however, here we are, the neighbors dealing with this issue and the city helplessly for us taxpayers is supposed to keep the city free of this scourge.
