Description
There is a snow bank in the parking lane on Forest that is keeping huge puddles of water in front of our house from draining into the sewer. That snow bank was created by brown car that never moved during city plowing. We need help clearing that snow bank and you might also look into that car which rarely moves and has regularly parked there for the 4 years we've lived here with CA license plates.
