Potholes were fixed but the heavy traffic on this road has completely obliterated the repairs. Need a better repair job!

I drive this road daily to and from work. I have seen many fixes appear overnight, but rarely do they last much longer than a couple of months. The root problem is the road's namesake -- Norfolk (Shipping) Terminal. The road cannot handle the level of tractor-trailers (18-wheeler trucks) that transit the road each day. The city needs to resurface the entire road to highway specification to handle the excessive commerical traffic that passes over that road each day. Taxes excised from Norfolk Terminal exist to cover items such as this.

Open over a year now. What could be don has been done.
