Descrição

Illegal dumping on Freeland between Plymouth and West Chicago. The dumping is on city property that the city fails to maintain. There is a massive amount of overgrowth that the city does not maintain. If this was residential property, we would receive blight tickets. If the city would maintain the Property, it would reduce the amount of dumping in this area.
