The speed limit through Marshallton should be lowered to 25mph; tons of pedestrians, lots of cars entering and exiting at the Four Dogs Tavern/Marshalton Inn. Strasburg needs speed bumps in the village.

I agree...I don't like them myself, but it's a necessary evil in today's driving society. Speed Humps would be better....like the ones on Highland Road, in back of the (closed) Acme shopping center at 322.

No speed bumps are needed, and the limit has already been reduced to 30 (from 35). What is needed is for one of the dozen police cars seemingly always parked at the state police barracks to position themselves on a side street in Marshallton, and ENFORCE the 30 mph limit.

I agree, 30 mph is plenty slow enough. its a small village with limited pedestrian traffic.... not a bunch as some make it out to be.
