This truck appears to have been abandoned in the Roberts Court cul-de-sac adjacent to LInq Apartments. A notice of violation was issued a couple of weeks ago but the warning sticker was was altered and partially scraped off (see photo). The warning stickers aren't working as this truck has been here for months. Can this vehicle be towed? Thank you.
