The cart path over the Westcross bridge has some bushes that are typically trimmed once or twice a year. The particular bush puts out very long whip-like tendrils (new growth branches) that can injure the person riding on the passenger side of a golf cart. The bushes and these whips are near the top of the bridge, on both sides of Green Island Road. These are dangerous for the obvious reason that passengers can be injured, but additionally since the driver may swerve out of their lane to avoid the passenger injury, potentially resulting in highly dangerous cart to cart collisions. In the past some of us have brought battery powered hedge trimmes and done this job ourselves. However, the tendrils are quite tough and battery powered equipment is inadequate. Would you please have these trimmed back soon!
