This Parking Ban is a Joke ! I have seen it occuring repeatedly for numerous years. The entire Northend is scattered with Cars Parked on the streets during so called "PARKING BAN" An there is really no form of enforcement. Ferry Street Liberty Street Grand Street just to name a few are all visible signs if NO Parking Ban enforcement.. I think some of these cars could be parked on the street all winter long and would never be towed or ticketed. Why does the City call for a PARKING BAN but never do anything to enforce it?
