Another neighbor called in on this concern, her address is 57 Peter Rafferty Dr and she is afraid of her trees dying because of the infestation of beetles.

caller stated he wants a supervisor to come to his home, the tree roots are messing with his sprinkler system, he wants this addressed asap.

Site was inspected/ assessed by myself as well as JH. Advised the resident that they have the right to remove anything encroaching over the property line whether it be limbs or roots. Upon inspection, it is not believed that the trees are dead, rather, a combination of stress from environmental factors as well as insects. Additionally, the determination was made to see how the trees bloom in the Spring. If, at that time the trees are truly dead or fail to bloom, the Township will take measures to remove said trees.-SW
