Only two vehicles can safely turn left from W. South Blvd onto S. Opdyke, while four or five usually proceed on yellow and red.
There is room for two left turn lanes if the lane tape is redone, so east and west would both have two left turn lanes.

I don't think this left turn signal is long enough to let traffic thru. Drivers still rush thru on yellow and red. Thank you!

Thank you. We will be checking the vehicle detection at this intersection to see if there is a problem. Unfortunately, the turning radius on the south leg of the intersection is not wide enough to accommodate two EB left-turning vehicles.

This whole intersection is strange. Why are there two left turn lanes going eastbound on south and only 1 through? I'm sure it had to do with the Silverdome but it has been closed for so long. Let's fix this up!!
