Description

Pleasant street has been patched up every year since I moved there in 2011. The side streets Stillman & Ogden as well as surrounding streets have been paved a minimum of twice in this time frame. What is the timeframe to repave a street. I believe Pleasant street is truly ready to be replaced in a fresh even layer of blacktop. Is this at all possible. The potholes just come back every year getting deeper and/or larger & new potholes are forming. Any help with this matter would be appreciated .
