There really needs to be a true crosswalk here. This area is surrounded by neighbors now, and it's time to address this area. The closest crosswalk is over a mile away in either direction. The adjoining sidewalks are not ADA compliant either. Especially with the lack of maintenance on the trees in the islands, this area poses a threat to pedestrians as well as motorists. There are also several office parks in this area also have large tractor-trailer trucks making turns in that area is also really unsafe for pedestrians.
