Opis

When entering I-95 Northbound from SW 10TH ST Eastbound, some cars are not yielding to oncoming traffic turning left from SW 10TH ST Westbound. There is a Yield sign there but many drivers are missing that sign. Suggested fixes are:
1) Add a second Yield sign on the left side with text: "Stop and yield to oncoming traffic" or similar.
2) Cut down the trees near the Yield sign because the trees grow big and cover the sign.
3) Add a flashing yellow light for drivers to slow and pay attention.
