Vegetation maintenance of alley ways are the responsibility of each property owner and may be considered a code violation
We will review conditions and determine responsibility

We will forward to the department to review to see if they will perform any action on the surface area. If they choose not to take any action, this would be the responsibility of each property owner to maintain the vegetation.

It’s not the vegetation, it’s the road way.. it’s eroding away. There are other uneven spots exposing raised brick & concrete. I’ve already taken care of the vegetation.. I’m interested in leveling out the roadway. Thank you!!!
