Dog was not "Dropped off" in New Haven, the dog ran away. The person who wrote this flier believes a certain person is responsible for the dog's disappearance, however further investigation by us proves that he has no involvement. The police spoke with the individual in question and determined that he was not involved in any wrongdoing.
