Description
this is technically not an illegal dump for the residence stores tires at his home. I put a complaint in to the ombudsman's office on September 6th as well as on the site. resident has had complaints last year and this year regarding storing tires at his residence. this leaves for rodent infestation as well as potential fire hazard for rubber can burn the whole block down. I am reporting for the Yorkshire Woods Community organization headed by Moe's Primus
