Description
I live at 243 North Road next to the Middle Farms Cemetery which is at the intersection of North Road and Russellville Road. I am at the bottom of the hill where the intersection is so all the rain water and snow melt comes down the hill along the edge of North Road. There is no asphalt curbing so the water is running along the edge of the road pavement and my driveway. With all of the rain this year, it has eroded out a small gully which is difficult to drive across from my lower driveway. You can see in the photo how much water is coming down the hill and eroding out the base of my driveway. What we need is some asphalt to fill in the gully and create a lip to help keep the water directed on the road surface until it reaches the brook just past me on my neighbors property. He is also experiencing erosion from the flowing water draining across his driveway at 255 North Road. Thanks very much for your attention to this issue. Harry Rock
