Requesting a crosswalk to be put in at 3rd(East Circle) and MacVicar? I live near Kanza Dr. and MacVicar and I work across the street in Kanza Office Park Building #2. In order for me to cross the street during high traffic, I have to walk all the way down pass first street cross the street and walk all the way back up the other side to 3rd (East Circle). Or if it could not go in at 3rd street, could it go in at Kanza Dr and MacVicar? That option is more beneficial for many reasons, one reason when there is marathons they come up Kanza Dr onto MacVicar. Another reason is people come flying off of the highway and use MacVicar as a racing strip, this could prevent the excessive speeding by having this utilized at the Kanza Dr. location?
