Heavy jaywalking in this area: Between intersections of Pembroke St. & Willis Ave & Hillside Ave. Cannot drive through without having to wait for someone to finish crossing the street, especially around Saint Aidan's Church and Hillside Avenue / Willis Avenue.

Obviously efforts have been made: New crosswalk signals, visible timers, extended lights (cutting into turn signal time on Hillside Ave to Willis Ave and increased cross traffic time on Willis Avenue), and crossing guards hasn't been enough. Short of public education and ticketing, the walking public simply does not care. Someone is going to get hit by a car or worse.
