Trucks parking out in the street in the way of traffic.

Q. What is the problem?
A. These trucks continue to park in the street making it dangerous for cars turning north off of NW 196th. They are in the way of south bound traffic & cars turning north off 196th can't see the oncoming car. several near misses. pls post no pkg sign.
