So how long is it going to take you get a notice sent to this homeowner to clean his yard up?

It doesn't seem like this city wants to do anything about this issue. This home owner should have received the notice by now to clean up his yard and if he didn't do it then the city or should have done something by now. Why would it take 3 months to make this guy clean his yard up? Seems to me this app is worthless

Call the city directly and report it

Finally after they all die he gets them cut. But now that the monsoon has come they are growing again :(

If they grow back call them in again
