Description

The right-of-way on Hillandale Circle just off Pierce Avenue was previously reported to SCF and issue 14824676 was created. I received a notice that it had been cut. This section remains uncut. The issue was closed so I could not comment on it. I wish the homeowner would cut it, but they don't. So it still needs to be to be cut as far as the drainage sluce. Thank you.
