Description

a couple of days last week and both days this week, workers have been starting to work earlier than 7am. The noise that a vehicle emits when its backing up starts as early as 5:30am. Today it started before 6am when their road paving, etc started. I read their signs on the sidewalk and it says 7am. This is clearly a violation.
