In the link for the court case the mayors office was so kind to send and then closed the case so nobody else can comment. In the ruling it says they are prohibited from selling merchandise well I see people up there selling roses so that’s illegal so your job and STOP IT. A lso the ruling clearly states they are not allowed to impede traffic and they do that so that’s also illegal STOP IT. These are all simple solutions that just require someone anyone to DO THEY JOB before someone gets injured or worse

Which is illegal
It is illegal to sell merchandise without proper permit but you already know that your just dragging your feet but I’ll tell you this is not going away until the mayors get five does something about it and hopefully it’s before someone gets hurt and sues brockton
