How many cars is this place permitted to have on their property per their license? Also, what hours are they allowed to be open? It is not uncommon for them to be open late in the evening.

The lot has many unregistered and broken cars that have been there for quite a while (months). The auto repair shop at 839 is using the lot that belongs to someone else. Is it possible to have the owner address situation? It is an eyesore.

Several issues going on at this address.
First: Multiple people and cars residing at this address-causing loud noises and disturbance.
Second: Building code issues- No permit for stairwell in the back of the house
Third: Abandoned car parked on Daws Road that has been vandalized by someone in the home.
Fourth: Home owner cut down trees on wetlands and has two boats not sure if registered.
Please send appropriate parties to address all of these issues. Thank you.

Summer Street Brockton, Massachusetts - Ward 4
Ok it's great that the dilapidated building was torn down on Summer Street, however the HUGE part that is dug out has now become a breeding ground for mosquitoes! It is like a gigantic stagnant swimming pool. I know I saw someone had posted about this previously about a month ago & it was stated that it would be handled. Well it has not changed 1 bit & continues to fill with stagnant water. With all the threats of EEE I would think this wouldn't be handled right away!
  • 59 West Chestnut Street Brockton, Massachusetts - Ward 3
There has been a lot on construction going on in the back of the house. It almost seems like they are trying to add an apartment to the basement. I didn't see a building permit posted and i am concern something illegal is going on.
  • 90 Grove Street Brockton, Massachusetts - Ward 4
There seems to be some sort of appliance recycling being done in the back yard of 90 Grove Street.
From the street, at the driveway`s end on the left side of the house , you can see many appliances, stoves, refrigerators etc. being stockpiled.
Even worse from the back yard.
The amount seems to grow daily.
    Thank you.
