Security lights are private lights and are owned and paid for by the property owner. The building manager must contact Dominion Virginia Power and state that it is a Security Light and have to give the pole number. The call must be placed by a Property Manager to Dominion Virginia Power and state that this is a private security light it is being paid for through Dominion Virginia Power.
